At Bloom Kids, we are committed to providing excellent products to our customers. If you don’t absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email email@example.com with the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only. Store credit never expires.
Returned merchandise must be in original product packaging with tags attached, and in new condition. We will also need a copy of your receipt.
If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please notify Bloom Kids immediately and we will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product.
Bloom Kids Collection is not responsible if item is cut during opening.
